New real estate has several advantages. Due to constant improvements in the legislation, materials and construction technologies with good developer, new real estate is becoming more attractive option to choose for more than 30% of buyers. During construction are used modern materials and architectural solutions. The layout and architectural appearance are according to current trends and ideally suited to the surrounding landscape and have a developed infrastructure. There are both objects that are under construction and selling, i.e., which can be immediately occupied.
Resale real estate. Secondary real estate market is much broader than new real estate, and has a large variety and choice. Due to the rapidly developing tourism infrastructure and the ever-increasing influx of tourists in Spain from around the world to invest in this area are becoming very attractive. Hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, garages, etc. You can also acquire ownership of the non-resident of Spain.
